Terms of Purchase
THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on the date of purchase between yourself and MAJENTA MOON for the ENERGY MASTERY MENTORING PROGRAM.
Event / Service
Company agrees to provide services of theENERGY MEDICINE PROGRAM (herein referred to as “Event”) and the Customer agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation of the Event.
Event Structure
The Event shall include:
- 6 Week group mentoring program
- 6 Live Masterclasses held in person and via Zoom with replays available.
Payment Terms
- The total price of the Event is six hundred and fifty dollars via an upfront payment. Payment plans are to be negotiated directly with Jen Majenta Moon.
No Transfer of Intellectual Property
Non-Disclosure of Materials: Material given to the Client in the course of the Events is proprietary, copyrighted and developed solely and specifically by the Company. Original materials that have been provided to the Client are for the Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client agrees that such proprietary material is solely for Client’s own personal use. Any disclosure, reproduction and sale by the Client to a third party is strictly prohibited.
All intellectual property, including Organiser’s copyrighted Events and/or program materials, shall remain solely and exclusively the property of the Company. No license to sell, reproduce or distribute Organiser’s materials is granted or implied. Client agrees not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of the Company or Participants.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The participant acknowledges that by purchasing this program offer, the participant is committed to fulfil the financial obligations for participation. There are strictly no refunds. Transfer of event is not available.
Client Responsibility
The Event has been developed for strictly educational purposes. Participant accepts and agrees that Participant is the one fully responsible for their progress and results from the Event. The Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing.
Participant understands that because of the nature and extent of the Event, the results experienced by each Participant may significantly vary. Company may change Event schedule, dates or structure or content. Participant will be notified of such changes with notice.
Coaching During Event
You have access to professional group coaching or group consulting during your event duration. You acknowledge that there are no personalised coaching sessions by Majenta Moon included outside of the Event, unless booked and paid for separately, unless you have received a bonus session as part of the Early Bird Special. You acknowledge that you are aware that coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results and advice are not guaranteed. You enter into the program with the full understanding that you are responsible for your own mental health, and for your results.
Film/Recording Release
Participant hereby grants to the Company and its licensees, assignees, and other successors-in-interest, all rights of every kind and character whatsoever in perpetuity in and to Participant’s appearance (hereinafter referred to as the “Appearance”) in connection with promotional footage, written script, testimonials, print images and photography for the Digital or in person Events, Classes or Workshops.
Participant hereby authorises the Company to photograph, record, or release (on tape, film, print, website or otherwise), the Appearance; to edit at its discretion and to include with the appearance of others in the Events; and to use the Appearance in any manner or media whatsoever, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion; and to use my name and likeness in connection with the Events.
Participant hereby waive all rights, release, and discharge the Company from, and shall neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any such parties for, any claim, demand or cause of action whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use of Participant’s Appearance. The Company owns all rights and proceeds resulting from Participant’s Appearance. The Company is not obligated to utilise the authorisation granted by Participant here under.
Termination
The Company is committed to providing all Participants with a positive experience. By accepting below, Participant agrees that the Company may, at their sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Participant’s participation in the Events without refund or forgiveness of weekly or monthly payments if the Participant becomes disruptive to the Company or Participants, difficult to work with or upon violation of these terms. Participant will still be liable to pay the total Event amount.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes and contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter, supersedes all previous discussions, negotiations, proposals, agreements and understandings between them relating to such subject matter, and may not be modified, amended, or discharged, nor may any of its terms be waived, except by an instrument in writing signed by both parties in duplicate.
Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The following payment policy is considered part of the Terms and Conditions of the Website www.majentamoon.com.
By making any purchases through the Site and from MAJENTA MOON (individually and collectively, purchasing the “Service and Product”) you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by each of the conditions of sale and other Terms set forth herein.
BY PURCHASING THIS EVENT, I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE WORKING AGREEMENTS OUTLINED AND TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR THE ENERGY MEDICINE PROGRAM.
